Every effort is taken to make planes of the very highest quality to produce a tool that you will be proud of. All planes are:

• built in limited numbers - yearly output is about 35 planes;
  
• made from the finest materials and individually hand made so that no two planes are the same;
  
• hand-lapped for accuracy and tested for squareness before despatch;
  
• traditionally french polished and not waxed or oiled like many contemporary-made planes;
  
• equipped with precision ground blades so that a flat back and a mirror-finish is produced in a couple of minutes.
